“I’ll, uh, finish those reports on up tonight” — George McFly

This month we delivered on a few things that we’ve been wanting to get to for some time.

We’ve refactored the Reports section and you’ll notice they’re a whole lot zippier whether you’re searching on people, projects, clients, departments or any combination of them all.

We’ve also changed the way archived projects work. Previously if you archived a project it would be removed from the Schedule and from Reports. This was problematic if you wanted to report on your team’s past work. Going forward if you archive a project, you’ll see the tasks in the schedule as read-only. You won’t be able to schedule them, however they’ll appear in the Reports when reviewing scheduled hours.

We’ve also made a few tweaks to the Schedule view, including tightening up the Day View.
