We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Schedule that’s faster, smarter, and better than ever before!

We’ve introduced infinite scrolling (no more page loads!), you can stack tasks and time off in the exact order you want within a day, and expand tasks up and down in addition to left and right. We’ve also packed a bunch of other bells and whistles into this update, which should make scheduling your team’s time easier than it’s ever been in 2019.

The new Schedule is our 🎁 to you — just in time for the holidays!

Scroll in Style

Did we mention that this thing is fast? Codenamed “Edwin”, after Australia’s first Olympian and gold medal-winning runner Edwin Flack, we’ve been working on this project for the latter part of a year, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally release it to the world.

With an engine that was built from the ground up using the latest technology, managing your team’s time has never looked this good. Say hello to silky-smooth, endless scrolling!

Edit on the Fly

Of course, we couldn’t just stop there. Also new is the ability to change a task’s duration up or down directly on the Schedule without needing to open the task popup.

If a team member needs a little extra time to work on something or if they finish up a task early, you can adjust its length without giving it a second thought.

Drag & Drop Your Way

Another feature we’ve added is the option to set daily tasks and time off where you want by dragging them into your preferred order above, below, or in between other tasks.

Want your team to focus on tasks in a particular order without setting a specific time? Now you can.

Never Miss a Beat

Last but not least, we’ve overhauled our live updates and notification system to ensure that you don’t miss a minute of the scheduling action and improved the speed of our search functionality so you can find what you want when you want it.

Agency Founders: Red Six Media

We sit down this month with Red Six Media co-founders Matt Dardenne, Kristen Morrison, and Joe Martin to discuss jumping into the creative agency game head first, where they’d like to grow over the next few years, and what advice they’d give to young creatives thinking about stepping out on their own.

Have a terrific month and we’ll see you in 2019!
