Blazing fast search and DND — our biggest update yet!

We’re really glad to announce two of our most essential features on Flock — Search conversations and Do-not-disturb mode!

You can now search across all your conversations be it with individuals or in a group. Searching in Flock is blazing fast and easy, you can find what you’re looking for no matter who said it or when.

Do-not-disturb mode
Unplug from chat and get some quiet time whenever you like. Simply turn off Flock notifications using the DND mode. The DND mode mutes all notifications across mobile and desktop for the time you specify.

Here’s a sneak-peak in to what’s coming soon

• Status messages — Set quick status messages to let colleagues know that you’re upto — at lunch or on a vacation.
• Delete messages — Permanently delete messages you’ve sent in a group or an individual conversation from your device, all recipient devices and also our servers.
• @mentions — Seamless way of drawing someone’s attention to a message or a comment in a group.
• Shortcut commands — Work faster with keyboard shortcuts to perform actions like adding people to conversations, muting a group and more.
