We just uploaded Beta 14 of Flow Home to the Play store. The big change in this version is a brand new full screen detail view:
It allows viewing of full size images and saves a lot of jumping out to source apps like Twitter or Tumblr. It also adds convenient like and retweet buttons in the bottom bar. This new screen also lays the foundation for viewing more complicated types of content like full articles and photo sets, which will be coming in future versions.
You may also notice an update to the color selection algorithm in the material theme. It will hopefully pick more interesting colors, and style text for better readability.
There’s also a bunch of touch response and design improvements, and we’ve further optimized battery usage. Check out the new “Wifi only” setting for feed updates as well, a lot of people have been requesting that.
