What is your tenant profile?

Your tenant profile is your rating as a tenant, it lives in the Flow app and is updated every month. It’s a mix of your profile data and your behavioural data and it’s the single most important thing you can control as a tenant.

Your profile data is all the information you have loaded in your Flow app, like your address, your lease details, your landlord details etc. Your behavioural data is the activities you do on a monthly basis like pay rent, look after your home, complete your insurance check-ins and more.

Flow helps you keep all this tenant data in one place, so that when it comes time to renew your lease or get a new one, you have all your current and historical tenant information in one place. This makes it easy for landlords to see that you are the best tenant for their listing!
