Taking Agility to the Next Level with FaST Agile and Mob Programming
FaST Agile and Mob Programming are two exciting techniques to have emerged relatively recently from the agile community, showing great promise for accelerated productivity and increased business adaptability.
This is a story of how a Seattle-based company merged these two practices of FaST Agile and Mob Programming to improve collaboration and effectiveness. What is Mob Programming?
Mob Programming is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing simultaneously, in the same space, and on the same computer. This extends the concept of pair programming from two people working together to the entire team continuously collaborating on a single computer to deliver a single work item at a time.
