Flurry Finance: Beta TestApp is Live!

Since $FLURRY has gone live, our team has been buried in testing on the mainnet platform, trying to set the date for the launch. Flurry Tech Team has silently launched the Beta Flurry Testnet on DApp (Beta TestApp) while everyone is busy snowballing their FLURRY since trading was live.

In preparation for the launch of the rhoToken, the Beta TestApp has been deployed on the Kovan Testnet Network for you to flex your finger and have a taste of how does the Flurry Protocol helps earning an interest for you using rhoToken. It’s also available on Rinkeby, Goreli and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Testnet Network.

*Note — FLURRY token is the governance token of Flurry Protocol, which farms for yield using rhoTokens. They are different tokens, see also: rhoToken or $FLURRY?

We tried to adopt as many suggestions as we got from the community, and translate them into an easier and more transparent tool to users. Let’s dive in and see what’s on the Flurry Beta Testapp!

1. Converting rhoTokens (Deposit stablecoins)

The following demo exemplifies how users can deposit stablecoin in the Flurry protocol via the DApp:

The conversion of rhoToken can be done under “Earn” in Flurry Beta Testapp. The following demo is done on Kovan testnet network, while faucet Tether (USDT) was used in this demo.

2. Snowball FLURRY (staking)

Snowball is how we call staking. As the Snowball function has been deployed on Mainnet since FLURRY has been live for trade, you can still try it out on the Kovan Testnet. See also the Snowball Reward Program to learn more about the staking with FLURRY.

Make sure you have claimed your accumulated FLURRY before you start the snowball function.

3. Farm (FLURRY & rhoToken pairings)

Before you try the farm function, you should know that Flurry Beta TestApp provides the following pairings:

Kovan & Rinkeby Testnet Network:

  rhoUSDT-USDT
  FLURRY-USDC
  rhoUSDC-USDC
  FLURRY-ETH

Goreli Testnet Network:

For each pairing, make sure you have sufficient faucets, or else pairing won’t be successful.

The following demo was done on Kovan Testnet Network with the FLURRY-USDT pair. Feel free to try out other pairings.
