Here at Flycoin, we have been making tremendous progress over the recent months as we get everything in place for the launch of the Flycoin app.
Community Milestone and Traction
The Flycoin message is spreading. After a number of successful conferences, successful marketing and community initiatives, our community has now grown 10,300 followers on Twitter, 5,500 on Telegram and 6,000 in Instagram. Welcome to all you new Flycoiners!
There are now over 15,000 new wallets holding FLY in the past 2 months, approaching 21,000 onchain transactions which is an incredible achievement.
Partnerships
We have announced a number of new commercial partnerships both strengthening the Flycoin infrastructure and FLY utility and access. Thanks Again and Prizeout enable FLY to be utilised at hundreds of Airports and outlets plus easy redemption with the likes of leading brands like Amazon and Uber.
Anchorage Digital and BitGo partnerships strengthen the security and compliance for the Flycoin network. This supports the Flycoin corporate partners including Ravn Alaska, Anchorage Economic Development Corporation and Northern Pacific Airways with the ability to hold FLY in a compliant manner.
Airdrop Contest
We recently ran a community contest to grow the Flycoin brand. The response to the contest was huge and we received 11,184 entries. The contest is now closed and we are in the process of drawing the winners, who will be notified early next week.
Flycoin Product
The team is on track and delivering against its roadmap. The app is in private Alpha and currently being tested. We are excited to reveal it to the world in Q4. In the app you will be able to earn FLY for purchasing flights, redeem your FLY or send to your crypto wallet for trading.
Polygon Partnership
Due to the increased on chain activity and with factoring future growth expectations, we chose to migrate from Ethereum to Polygon. The benefits Polygon brings the project include low fees; speed and scalability, technical support and an engaged community that we are happy to now be a part of!
