The importance of the right team can never be undervalued. Team in essence is the company and its culture — and what determines the company’s successes, failures, innovations, creations, magnitude, and velocity. United in values and direction, the right team under the right circumstances can create the right momentum towards the right cause.

The right team under the right circumstances can create the right momentum towards the right cause.

Now imagine a row team where all teammates are rowing at different speeds and at various times — could you imagine how inefficient the team would be? The boat wouldn’t go anywhere! In honesty, this is more than likely how most companies in the digital economy operate — a time where we’re cluttered with distraction and a consistently diverse and overwhelming work load.

It’s important now more than ever that all teammates understand a clearly defined vision and are able to allocate their efforts towards proactively achieving the same mission. This starts with creating an environment in which founders and team members are able to direct their focus towards a mutually understood goal. I could not be more proud to be part of the team that I am —

I’d like to introduce our row team, and what integral role each teammate contributes:

Meet Jet

Getro “Jet” Jean-Claude is truly an entrepreneur guru — having successfully ran his own marketing company for four years to date, he understands what it takes to get the job done. Apart from running his business, he plays an active role in the community. He’s a tremendous leader, friend, and mentor.

Meet J

J Brian Miles has been in film and production since the early 2000’s. As of the last several years, he successfully owns and operates a local broadcast TV station where he came up with the idea for Subchannel by solving his largest issue: direct distribution of his content. In addition to being an expert in his field, he’s an incredible father and family man.

Meet Raj

Apart from being a phenomenal engineer and a tremendous leader, Raj Vanteddu is always down to provide his knowledge and expertise to those interested in learning — he’s who taught me most of the programming that I know. Furthermore, his friendship is what I admire and appreciate the most.

In addition to the teammates above, there are several engineers and designers that have played an integral part in Subchannel. I’m excited to introduce them in my next article!
