Yesterday, we did AMA with BNB Chain and NodeReal to introduce the potential and the vision of the FNCY mainnet for the first time.
It was a meaningful opportunity that we could unveil our vision of FNCY together with Freddie from NodeReal, one of our strongest partners.

FNCY, or (pronounced) “Fancy,” isn’t only a rebranding for the sake of having a new name and title; we are introducing our very own mainnet with this launch, and with it, marking a new turning point for our project. We will selectively onboard quality entertainment content from games to comics & novels. We strive to become the go-to platform where decentralization connects diverse content under the same roof.
Also, we are preparing a Metaverse space to virtualize all our IPs and brands that have continuously supported our journey. Today, we will focus more on the mainnet that one of our strongest partners, Nodereal has worked on.

I’m Freddie, Head of Growth with the NodeReal team. Great to be here today with everyone. NodeReal is a one stop blockchain infrastructure company, where we aim to provide scalable, reliable and efficient blockchain solutions for projects and enterprise.
A lot of work was done behind the scene, to make this possible — with the ultimatum of promoting mass adoption, growth and long term success of the web3 ecosystem.
The short and long term outlook of FNCY.

Our core objective remains the same: Delivering unlimited entertainment in a single, unified place. We see entertainment as anything that brings joy to our users. This can be in the form of games, web comics, movies, music, etc.
But we also believe it isn’t restricted to just online. From concerts to club events, sports games to recreational activities, and even e-commerce, the line between on and offline will be blurred in a natural, seamless way.
And so, in the short term, we have a lineup of games to be revealed in our lineup, with the newest being, “MetaFootball.” MetaFootball is already available, and is an exhilarating sports game based on soccer! The P2E element hasn’t been added in the current version of the game, but the WEB3 part will be introduced very soon.
On the more long-term horizon, we’ve got other services such as web-toons, web novels, e-commerce, and movies/dramas coming out. Another new service coming on FNCY is called “NFT Pass,” where users will be able to utilize their NFTs as a ticket to offline events, such as concerts and sports games. Hence, bridging the gap between on and offline, as mentioned before.
Long story short, we’re, of course, offering all forms of content we announced before, but on top of that, further entertainment elements as well.
New Main Focus

Our main focus can be divided into 3 parts: (1) Seamless Experience, (2) Scalability, and (3) Interoperability. Let me explain each in more detail.
(1) “Seamless Experience”
- We believe that one of the core essentials of using a product/service, regardless of Web2 or Web3, is ease of use. In a red ocean of entertainment services, there’s a plethora of platforms users can choose from. Why should they choose FNCY? This is why we seek to be a holistic entertainment platform where the experience is unmatched in other places.
(2) “Scalability”
- What we find defines us apart from others is our focus on the macro. We aren’t only focused on Web3, blockchain-enthused, crypto investors. No, our target is ALL users. This means traditional gamers should be able to come onto our platform, use our services, and interact, all without having to know what “blockchain technology,” let alone “technology” is.
(3) “Interoperability”
- The Web3 movement isn’t only about us. It’s about mutual growth and cooperation. This is why we are constantly sourcing and partnering with like-minded teams, ranging from games, music, web novels, and commerce, to name a few, in various forms of projects, such as NFTs and Metaverse. Ultimately, through these partnerships that we make, we foresee numerous projects of infinite possibility taking place with the common denominator of FNCY.
And we found that all three of these factors can be made possible with NodeReal, which is why we decided to work with them in creating our mainnet.

In this instance, NodeReal continues to play a vital role in making such components come to life on mainnet and real life environments.
- In terms of tech capabilities we demonstrate ability on chain configuration. Such as special transactions, block reward distribution, and governance.
- Most importantly high performance RPC API services with over 5K QPS on average and average latency at approx 15ms.
As the user base grows we will sort out for new innovation solutions i.e rollups solution.
In the terms of interoperability, is simply means the flexibility of FNCY chain able to work with other network. As a one stop solution provider, we do have bridging and security partners working closely with us on this effort as well.
This makes DEX/Swap, NFT marketplace easier and convenient to users.
Token Swap

If you have your $ITAMCUBE deposited in centralized exchanges (MEXC and CoinOne), you don’t need to do anything! Your $ITAMCUBE token will automatically be swapped by the CEXs to the new token, $FNCY, at 1:1 ratio.
Please note that the total supply has been reduced by 10:1. However, as mentioned, the swap ratio will be 1:1, meaning the value each of your token holds will remain the same.
As for users holding $CUBE in their personal wallets, a bridge service will open upon the launch of our mainnet, where you will be able to swap your $CUBE tokens for $FNCY tokens. The token swap ratio is the same as the CEX swap ratio.

Roadmap In The Coming Months

We’re currently collaborating with various projects and have many games and services in preparation to on-board FNCY.
First, we’ve not only got games from our parent company, Netmarble, but also numerous games from 3rd party companies as well. The FNCY platform will be a digital distribution and virtual library of diverse games.
Also, comics and novels are another element of entertainment that’s coming to our platform. More than 170 titles have currently been secured, and more coming. This won’t be like your typically read-to-earn platform, but will have UGC, as well as interactive UX and UI.
Moreover, music and commerce are two other main components of content we are going to be delivering as well. Musicians and artists alike will be able to express their creation, and sellers and buyers alike will be able to transact as well.
And finally, one of the biggest projects we’re currently working on, and in reference to the hint that I gave in the other question, is our very own Metaverse. Details of this cannot be announced at this moment, but you can best believe this’ll be a never-before-seen, quite literally an “out-of-this-world” universe.

With FNCY the work doesnt just stop here as it is. We will continue to work closely on new features and improvements as well, especially, when the user base and activities grows etc. Innovation solutions like zk and soul bound token are possible as well.
