Do you have a football talent? Before you answer that question, let’s talk about the Maldini family:
- Cesare Maldini played for AC Milan 1954–1966. (Grandfather)
- Paolo Maldini played for AC Milan 1984–2009 (Father)
- Daniel Maldini played for AC Milan 2000 — present (Son)

Compare that with David Beckham’s family:
- David Beckham played for Manchester United 1993–2003 (Father)
- Brooklyn Beckham quit playing football (Son)
- Romeo Beckham quit playing football (Son)
- Cruz Beckham quit playing football (Son)

Cesare Maldini, Paolo Maldini & David Beckham are legendary players in the past but why is it only the Maldini descendants that turned professional?

Unfortunately, none of us was born with football DNA in our blood but you were born with physiology or physical advantage. Maybe you are taller than most players, or maybe you can run faster than them, or you have great stamina. Good for you if you have one of those but this is not the main factor to be great footballer.

Eat healthy food & beverage > Yoga/Pilates/Stretching > Training by yourself > Watch professional football matches > Team training/match > Gym > Deep sleep (enough time) = Easier said than done.

You need to take care of your biggest asset as an athlete (your body & mind) & do proper training with your best effort. That’s a big commitment. That’s why there are way more people who prefer to watch football rather than to become a professional footballer. There are way more average professional footballers compared to great players (e.g. Messi/Ronaldo)
