Not a normal birth, not a normal polio childhood. Adolescence normal, huh. High School normal, spent on demerit list all four years. College normal, partied way out in three semesters. “Tripping” twenties, far from normal. Met significant other, raised family, worked, and retired, nothing normal about five careers.
The un-normalization of my life so far, is my normal. And I wouldn’t change a moment.
