A Sense of Vulnerability

Just a random thought

I am naked,

And not because of an absence of clothing,

Just a sense of overwhelming vulnerability,

I hate this feeling,

Suddenly my wares are left out in the open,

And I have to deal with the fallout,
The condescending looks,

The silent shaking of heads,

I find that I am unable deal with that sort of attention,

And so I hide once again,

My unsmiling face sends a clear message,

Stay the hell away from me.
