I gonna share with you new stuff that I learn from Alex Hormozi.

With this new sales process, you’re selling your customer the outcome, not the subscription or service.

Thus, they buy more stuff from you and buy more time.

You’ll no longer always think about how to get your customers to continue to sign up every month since your customers stick with you longer.

As a result, your business grow exponentially so you will make a hell lot of money that will make you stressed.

What this new sales process will help you?

  • Selling more stuff so you can increase the amount of money you make from a customer which means you have the money to reinvest in your business, thus make it exceptional and differentiate your business from competitors.
  • Get your customers to sign up for an annual package so you can keep them longer you can decrease the churn rate which means your customer base is compounding -> money is compounding.
  • Collect cash upfront to compensate for acquisition costs which means you’re killing two birds with one stone because you also make your client more serious with their decision by paying upfront. This increases the success rate so you can improve customer satisfaction naturally which leads to a strong brand that allows you to charge them a premium price plus get more customers from referrals and increase the conversion rate.
  • Differentiate your business from your competitors since you’re selling the outcome, not the service.

Alright, let’s dive into this new process that I promise you!

Step 1: Define Customer’s Starting Point

Ask them to tell you about their current situation.

I will take a weight loss example: They’re 200 pounds and want to lose weight.

Step 2: Define Customer’s Goals

Example: lose to 140 pounds.

Step 3: Define The Gap Between Your Customer Situation and Goals.

Example: The gap is 60 pounds from the starting point and goal above.

Step 4: Suggest Comprehensive Solutions to achieve their goals.

So to achieve this goal of losing 60 pounds, they need around 45 weeks of exercise and a healthy diet.

So the package of solutions you suggest might be:

  • 1 year of gym membership with a training class.
  • A healthy meal plan that is customized for your customer.
  • Necessary supplements that help achieve the goal faster and easier.
  • etc.

And then you represent the price of this package.

Step 5: Add a Conditioned Guarantee + Discount to get them to buy.

Give them a discount & conditioned guarantee to make it 0 risks as long as they follow your plan to get them to buy.

Selling a package with cash upfront plus a conditioned guarantee like that will massively increase the success rate since those who pay the most money pay the most attention.

Why do you still make a lot more money with a big discount?

Let me compare the monthly subscription and the package for you.

With a monthly subscription your customers can cancel at any time and there is not enough help to get them to achieve their goals. Thus, they don’t make any progress and churn out.

With a comprehensive annual package, as I presented before, they will be more likely to achieve their goals because they pay cash upfront plus enough support from you.

To illustrate let me give you an example:

With a $97 monthly membership, they might churn out after 3 months after not seeing any result by doing it by themself.

But with a package of $2997 after the discount, It’s like 10x the money you make from a customer.

Not only that. With a duration of a year, when they decide to continue or not they will look back at the result from the last year.

It means with an amazing result from your package your customer will be more likely to sign up with your business. Thus increasing the Lifetime Value of a customer.
