Ingredients
- Marinated Tenderloin:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup cherry vinaigrette

- Marsala wine Sauce:
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup Portabella mushrooms
- 1 large shallot
- 2 cups Marsala wine
- 4 ounces of butter
- 2 cups chicken stock/broth
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
