Dr. Ruby’s Citrus Smoothie

This smoothie is cleansing and packed full of nutrients to help you with digestion and more! It’s packed full of vitamin C and used hemp seeds to really add the extra healthy factor in. If you’re in a hurry, this smoothie makes the perfect sweet and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2–3 kale leaves
- 1 large ripe mango, with skin and cut into chunks
- 1 banana (optional)
- 1 orange or tangerine
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2/3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup water or coconut water (more for thinner smoothie)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with leafy greens.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
