Tuna Burger Patties
It’s a time for tuna burger patties. Full of energy and full of nutrition facts. These patties are for those people who love vegetables and fish. Because most of patties are made up of meat like beef and mutton, but tuna burger has fish and potatoes, means superb for vegetarian people.
Where potatoes has Fiber, magnesium and antioxidants,vitamin B3 and vitamin c, fish has protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Although fish contain heavy amounts of carbohydrates, fiber, and sugar .So let go to the recipe of healthy tuna.
Ingredients
- Potatoes Half kg
- Tuna fish One tin
- Parsley One tablespoon
- Black pepper Half table spoon
- White pepper Half table spoon
- Medium Eggs 1
- Bread crumbs One bowl
- Salt Your own choice or one tea spoon
- Onions 1 big size
- Oregano One tea spoon
- Dried vegetables Half table spoon
Step One:
Take potatoes ,wash them well, peel them gently in even sized cubes and take a saute pan and put it on hearth. Pour some water in it and bring to boil. You can add half teaspoon of salt as well.
In this boiling time we can make the salad ready for our meal, because salad is good for our diet and nutrition point of view as well. Take Cauliflower ,onion , tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables of your own choice so when we make our salad. It take 15 minutes almost.
So let’s we go to boiling potatoes which are being boiled about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Turn off the stoe and drain all water of boiling potatoes. Put off potatoes and let them cool, and then mash them with fork.
Put all ingredients like an egg yellow:
A chopped onion.
Salt one tablespoon
Black pepper half tablespoon,
Oregano one tablespoon.
A tablespoon of dried mixed vegetables.
Step3:
Take a tin of tuna fish, remove all preservative liquid out of it. Now pour it into mixture of potatoes and onions with all spices, then mix them very well.
Now its the time to add some corn stash in this material. In my case i am going to add 0.25 cup of corn stash in it, based on the amount of material.
I would give it a touch of some parsley leaves.
Now mixing the whole material.
Step 4:
Take some material in your hand and make patties of them out of all mixture of same size. Like 12 cm. Due to potato mesh material may stick to your hands, so its better you may slightly wet your hands before making patties.
Step 5 :
Take a frying pan and put some oil of your choice and let it heat up to 30–40 centigrade.
Take the patties one by one and put it in egg white and bread crumbs.
After coating it, put it in hot oil for frying.
It takes 2–3 minutes for frying for each side of your each patty .
Be happy your patties are ready for eating. Decorate with salad which was made already .
