Osso Buco for a 15 person party.

So this weekend me and my room mates threw a party for bunch of our friends who we haven’t seen a long time. We decided to cook beef Osso Buco, surprisingly enough 36$ worth of meat was good enough for 15 people. Check out the time lapse of the video. Along with the entree we also made some beef sliders, garden salad and apple crumble. Altogether it costs us >~100$ for a 3 course meal for 15–19 people, which is not too bad!
