One Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
