2018 National survey for fans
As part of our mission to support football fans in Australia, today we are excited to announce the launch of a national survey to determine the most important issues, priorities and needs of football fans.
Example issues to be canvassed include the policing of football, safe standing, ticket prices, expansion of the national leagues, representation for fans at the national Congress, and rebuilding relationships between ‘old soccer’ and ‘new football’.
“We believe an online survey is one of the best ways to build an overall picture about what supporters think and want to improve their experiences in following football and for the greater good of our game” — Interim FSA Chairman, Pablo Bateson.
The questionnaire will take about 10–15 minutes to complete and any information collected will remain completely confidential.
We are looking forward to your contributions from any fans who support clubs in the A-League, NPL or W-League, and our national teams including the Matildas and Socceroos.
One of our values is to be inclusive, so it is important that all fans, not just those associated with active fans supporter groups, have their say.
The results from this survey will be valuable to assist FSA in developing a long term plan to better focus its activities and campaigns.
