Footie Fitness is a 60-min session that’s designed to improve your fitness through high-intensity drills, speed & agility work, and …

every drill is with a football.

You won’t be hearing any of this at FF:

  • ‘Right lads, 25 laps of the pitch …’
  • ‘We’ll take shots at the keeper for half an hour and then a match’
  • ‘Liam … cross it in … lads … head it’
  • ‘Shall we just have a match then?’
  • ‘LONG BALL!’

We’ve designed academy-standard training sessions for everyone …

Warm-up Drill: Two-touch passing + sprint through a gate — GB & Elliott
Speed & Agility Drill: High jumps, lateral feet + ladder — GB & Elliott

FF is for you if:

We’ve designed the FF sessions for anyone of any ability or fitness level

It’s less about your ability and fitness level … to get the most out of FF its all about how hard you work 💪⚽️

We’ll be coaching throughout and will push you really hard but its also a laugh — you’ll enjoy it

Sessions are ran by me (George) and Elliott …

We both used to play football a lot when we were younger … I played for Derby County at the academy and Elliott played at county level.

Over the years, we’ve played less and less football … I’ve done some coaching and managed to get the odd 5-a-side game in since living in London and Elliott played Saturday football for a London club last year.

But then last year, playing 5-a-side on a cold Tuesday night, after turning up after work and doing zero warm-up, I turned badly and snapped my ACL … I’ve been out for nearly a year after having an operation on my knee.

To get back to playing again I knew I needed a football-specific training session, instead of going straight into a match, and that’s where Footie Fitness started.

We only run sessions every 2 weeks so theres limited availability — once you’ve signed up you’ll be booked on to the next available session —if you have any questions or need any help booking in just DM me on insta @footiefitness
