Introducing: Monthly Charity Spotlight

2018 has been a very exciting year for Tab for a Cause. Tabbers have now raised nearly $700,000(!) for some amazing non-profits, and we continue to grow our community and charitable impact each month. In 2019, we also want to expand the variety of non-profits that Tabbers can support. As such, each month in 2019 we will be featuring new non-profits through our Monthly Charity Spotlight.

For roughly 5 days each month, we will feature a different non-profit on the new tab page (much like we just featured our newest charity partner, GiveDirectly) where Tabbers will be able to donate their hearts and learn more about the cause. Best of all, the charities will be chosen by you!

To submit a charity for the monthly charity spotlight, add its name as well as a link to the website as a comment on this FB Note: https://www.facebook.com/notes/tab-for-a-cause/introducing-monthly-charity-spotlight/2071986076177802/. If the charity you’d like to nominate is already in a comment, give it a “like”, “love”, or maybe a supporting comment. We will then select a handful of the most requested charities and put it to a vote. Don’t worry, if a charity doesn’t get selected the first month, it will still be under consideration for future months.

The first spotlight will be in January and we can’t wait to see which causes you all decide to support! It is truly astounding how impactful a few tabs (and ads) in a browser can be :)
