For Awe Highlights — November/December
Awe-Filled and Awe-Inducing Stories and Poems
For true happiness and better physical and mental health, make way for awe. In the vastness of the universe, the opportunities for finding awe are unlimited. Sharing our experiences of awe increases the impact it has on us and further connects us for the greater good.

I am writing from the hallway of a waterfront hotel. Right beyond the door waits the much anticipated beautiful view of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Philadelphia skyline. In a few hours, I will witness the early evening fireworks. Then, a few hours later, the midnight fireworks will welcome 2024.
I chose the same location as last year for my New Year’s Eve celebration because last year there was very dense fog and heavy rain. I imagined the beauty that could have been.
The door with a faulty lock is a much more solid barrier than the fog and rain last year.
It was actually a bit enchanting to see the fireworks just barely peek through the fog against the dim backlight of the mighty bridge.
I am hoping for a much more bold display this year! Before the festivities begin, I want to share the For Awe highlights from November and December. I hope everyone welcomes in the new year…
