Special Updates About HK Strike
As you may know, there is a citywide strike in Hong Kong today (5 Aug). Validators never sleep. Forbole is up and running as always.
Different people have different types of requests. But I believe we all share the same goal: to make improvements. The current hardship in Hong Kong has provided a golden opportunity for us to rethink how we think. For example, a lot of people have switched to Telegram from WhatsApp.
This is a good time for us to look closer what the internet of money (bitcoin) and the internet of blockchains (Cosmos) mean to the allocation of our resources, which is the root of the current unrest. We are currently guiding our non-crypto friends in Hong Kong to create their bitcoin wallets. Kwun has written a post about how to create a Cosmos address and we will send out some atoms. We hope that these can help more people in the city to join this space.
