Gujarat Titans snatched the margin of victory from the Sunrisers in what proved to be a highly entertaining game. The match went on till the last ball, and the heroics of Rashid Khan turned the outcome in his team’s favor. However, the player that left an impact on the play was Umran Malik.
The Titans won the toss and elected to bowl first in the game. Abhisekh Sharma and Kane Williamson opened for the Sunrisers and faced the seaming deliveries of Gujarat’s bowlers. The Kiwi Captain was dismissed at an individual score of five runs by Indian pacer Mohammed Shammi.

The batters of Gujarat had no answer to the lightning-quick deliveries of Umran Malik. They failed to match up with the pace and similarly lost their wickets. The young pacer established another incredible performance and ended up with five wickets for twenty-five runs.
However, the match was not yet over for the Titans. The star batsman Tewatia fired vital boundaries in the end and made them closer to the target. Rashid Khan batted similarly and struck the sixes in the last over. The game-changing player pulled a sixer towards the deep fine leg that marked another victory for his team.
Gujarat is currently on the top of the points table, with seven victories in eight matches. On the other hand, Hyderabad is in the third position with five wins in eight games. Both the teams have curated good chances of qualifying for the playoff.
