Here at Forest Knight, we value feedback from our players and do our best to utilize it constructively. For a year now, Jira has been our main support channel. Using the platform’s potential to its full extent, Jira was a great platform when we first started. Moving forward, we are transferring the support system to Discord. Why Discord? We would love for all our players to move there. It is a central hub for updates, conversations, and all things Forest Knight.

So what do you need to know? First, make sure you’ve joined the official Forest Knight Discord server using the link below:

The first channel you should see is the “knight-codex.” It contains the server rules, which you should carefully read.

Support Channel

If you scroll down the categories, you should see the “Support” category and the “submit-a-ticket” channel.

Before you start a new ticket, ensure you have the following information:

  • A description of the problem you encountered.
  • Screenshots or Videos (if applicable).
  • Your in-game name.

If you’d like to give us a more detailed description, here are some things you can add to your report to help our developers (note, this is an optional section):

  • A detailed description of what happened.
  • Can you reproduce the bug? If yes, a step-by-step explanation is great.
  • The type of game mode.
  • What items, skins, and team formation were you using during the bug encounter?
  • Game version. Are you on the latest update?
  • Lastly, there’s an issue with achievements not updating immediately. Restart your game if this happens—no need to report it.

These are just some optional things you can add to your ticket to help us help you. The more you share with us, the faster we can address the issue.

Opening a Ticket

Clicking the “Open a Ticket!” button will create a new, personalized channel for your ticket. This message will show up on the same “Submit-a-Ticket” channel. Click on the “#ticket-xx” (where xx is your channel), and it should redirect you to the appropriate channel.

Upon clicking the button, Discord will redirect you to a personalized channel where you can directly communicate with our moderating team.

Here you can describe the issue you encountered using one of the formats above. Remember, the more details you share, the better.

When you finish reporting the issue you found, you can either:

  1. Close the ticket using the “Close” button and confirm you want to close it.
  2. “Close With Reason” if you want to add a comment to the ticket.

Forest Knight is on Discord

Discord is the most up-to-date social channel you can use, and we’d love to see you all there, posting your fan art, reading the patch notes, or just having fun on one of the dozen international channels we have.

We have the “tavern” channel where you can find players chatting about all things related to Forest Knight. Join us there, and introduce yourself! Join us in one of our fun and rewarding events and much more.

Don’t miss out! Use the link below now.
