Why we’re loving it:

  • One huge reason this account is inspiring is that they feature really great, high quality photos of the prepared meals. Scrolling through the feed gets us motivated to jump into the kitchen and whip up a delicious smoothie or quick salad.
  • There’s a lot of information available today, and sometimes it can be hard to comb through to get to what you need, and this simple visual approach to sharing healthy recipes makes the information more digestible, and inspires healthy choices.

Why we’re loving it:

  • The recipes Laura features are free from refined sugar, refined oils, and other highly processed ingredients.
  • One of the things we love the most about Laura’s Instagram is that she features a lot of desserts — and the best part? — they are super healthy!

If you have a sweet tooth, check out Laura’s account, you won’t be dissapointed! We’re salivating just scrolling through the collection of recipes featuring fresh fruit, chia seed, yogurt, and many other healthy ingredients.

While indulging in some delicious treats is oh-so-satisfying, the key thing to keep in mind is everything in moderation — meaning living a balanced lifestyle, which includes exercise.

People with busy lifestyles tend to neglect exercise first amongst other priorities, as it doesn’t seem necessary, and is something that requires time, motivation, and dedication.

Why we’re loving it:

  • The way to go about exercise if you’re finding it difficult to motivate yourself to go to the gym is by exercising in small doses. This is why we really enjoy the bite size exercise tips from zuzka light’s Instagram
