Rough, raw, thrown together in a hurry, just to get a healthy job done.
A warm, titillating quinoa that strokes the length of my tongue on the way down. It’s nestled below a fired up sweet potato, creamy avocado and a tender cage-free egg.
I asked to hold the sauce, unsure of whether or not I’d need the sweet juice to fully enjoy the spoonfuls of organic delight being scooped into my mouth.
In the end, the body of this dish was enough.
But that didn’t stop me from going back for dessert a few moments later.
