Release

My name is Katherine. I am the founder of ForLikeMinds.

This year I am CELEBRATING FIVE YEARS IN RECOVERY from serious mental illness after an 18-year battle. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than the release of my NEW mental health recovery workbook today where I share my journey with you — all of it. I am not ashamed for people to know what I have been through, and I’m proud of who I have become. I am eager to show people the new me, to tell them, “I know what you thought about me, because I thought it too, but look at me now.” No one believed I would get better. I was a lost cause. My psychiatrist told me my condition would only get worse. My manic episodes would become stronger and more frequent. Everybody in my life lost hope in me including my family. Today, I am living my best life. I am happier now than before I got sick. I am making valuable contributions to society by helping people like me. It is a way of giving meaning and purpose to my suffering. I want to help as many of my peers as possible reach recovery too, to live their best lives, because we deserve it. We do. I hope you’ll help me help my peers and their families by supporting my workbook.

My workbook is available at:

Amazon: https://amzn.to/46Pj8Xa (for the U.S.)

Indigo: https://bit.ly/3M9Hp2w (for Canada)

Endorsements: ForLikeMinds.com/workbook
