First Step of Merger Completed! FMF is listed on CEZEX!

Having just recently completed the merger with CEZEX and Katalyse.io, we are happy to announce that CEZEX is now accepting FMF deposits! Formosa Financial listing on CEZEX is the first step of many for the three companies; integrating tokenization, treasury management, and trading.
With CEZEX, Formosa Financial will have a FMF/BTC and FMF/USD trading pair!
To celebrate the launch of FMF on CEZEX, we are entering a joint-promotion for both our FMF HODLERS and Traders with CEZEX titled “FMF has arrived! Deposit and Trade to Win 50 Million FMF + CoolWallet S Giveaway!” This promotion for deposits will begin from 12:00 on June 4th to 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8) and the promotion for trading will begin from 12:00 on June 10th to 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8).

Promotion 1: 10 Million FMF Sign Up & Deposit bonus
From 12:00 on June 4th to 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8), any verified users who sign up or deposit FMF on CEZEX can share 10 Million FMF in total proportionate to their FMF net deposit volume (FMF net deposit volume = FMF deposit volume — FMF withdrawal volume).
Rules:
- During the promotion, new verified users will share 5 million FMF in total. Every verified user will receive 2,000 FMF, limited up to a maximum of 2,500 new accounts.
- Besides the signup, the top 100 verified users who deposit FMF during the promotion period will share 5 million FMF proportionate to the total FMF net deposit volume of the top 100 verified users. For example, if the top user has 20% of the net deposit volume, his reward will be 1 million FMF.
- To be eligible, verified users must hold at least 1 FMF in their account at the end of the promotion on 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8).

Promotion 2: 40 Million FMF Trading Bonus
From 12:00 on June 10th to 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8), any verified users who trades FMF on CEZEX can share 40 million FMF in total proportionate to their FMF trading volume (trading volume = buying + selling volume, excluding self-trading volume).
20 Million FMF will be allocated to each trading pair, FMF/BTC and FMF/USD.
Rules:
- During the promotion, the top 50 verified users for each market (FMF/BTC, FMF/USD) will share 15 million FMF in total, proportionate to their FMF trading volume.
- During the promotion, the remaining verified users (excluding the top 50 verified users) will share 5 million FMF in total, proportionate to their FMF trading volume (FMF/BTC. FMF/USD)
- To be eligible, verified users must hold at least 1 FMF in their account at the end of the trading promotion on June 24th (GMT+8).

Promotion 3: Formosa Financial CoolWallet S Giveaway
From 12:00 on June 10th to 12:00 on June 24th (GMT+8), the top 20 verified users who deposit FMF into CEZEX and the top 20 verified users who trade FMF will be eligible to win 1 of 5 Formosa Financial’s custom designed Cool Wallet S cold-storage hardware device!

Rules:

- For the two promotions, the real-time lists will be published at least twice before 22:00 on June 15th and 22:00 on June 20th. The final lists will be published in the announcement within 7 working days after the end of the promotion.
- Awards will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the promotion (Awards below 0.0001 FMF will not be issued).
- Winners of the Formosa Financial branded CoolWallet S will be contacted by the company.
- The final interpretation of this promotion belongs to CEZEX. If traders are cheating, scalping or bucketing, CEZEX has the right to disqualify the user from the rewards.
