Cryptocurrency and ecommerce is a match made in heaven, and Forra is the bridge between the two. When I first became over the top obsessed with cryptocurrency one of the underlying thoughts I had was “I can’t wait to use it!” but I quickly found that there was not a viable option for me to safely spend cryptocurrency in a marketplace environment.
As someone who has been a seller for years full time on these marketplaces I realized that Amazon and eBay are really eating into my profit as a business owner. I know that cryptocurrency can fix this problem, fast forward and Forra is born.
Utilizing blockchain technology to provide the lowest amount of fees involved in a transaction, and promoting the use of cryptocurrency is what keeps the passion alive at Forra.

Why Forra exists
Forra is something built out of love for cryptocurrency and business owners. We share a vision in which every business utilizes cryptocurrency for its transactional efficiencies, to give back to the entrepreneurs who deserve all of their business. We want to make cryptocurrencies, a currency.
Because we are using cryptocurrency as the base currency of our ecommerce marketplace we do not feel the need to charge sellers. We want to make our platform entirely free for sellers.
Forra is a for profit company. At first, we plan on making money by charging our buyers a new 3% tax because state taxes will not be applied to cryptocurrency purchases.
The future of Forra
We want to be very aligned with our goals, but also nimble enough to adapt to anything. Although we are a blockchain company we do not want to confine ourselves to an exact blueprint that is a whitepaper. We want to act like a much more traditional startup. We will add features that our users want, or help our marketplace in any way.
