The Magic of Starting!
We all have those fantastic ideas in our minds that we have never work on. We also have all the reasons that stop us from working on them. Let me tell you a secret; you don’t have to know or work on getting this big picture in your mind. All you have to do is ask yourself the first small step that you can do now using all the resources and knowledge. As simple as that. When you do this little step, the next step will be repeating the same strategy. Before you know it, you will achieve the big picture in your mind and heart. Don’t judge your abilities and resources whenever you take a small step. Along the way, you grow, and you become more confident, competent, and resourceful. When I started writing this article, I didn’t know anything but the topic, but the words reveal as I write. Imagine you drive a car in the dark; you don’t have to see the destination you are heading to. All you need to see is as far as the lights of your car can let you see. If you keep going, you will get there, 200 meters at a time.
When you start doing something, the magic starts happening. After starting whatever project or habit, you get the effort bias.
