The AgriFoodtech sector is constantly evolving, primarily driven by more and more innovative companies that have build tech solutions from farm-to-fork.

On February 12th, 2018 we launched the first version of The Global Food Tech Map, the largest database of global AgriFoodtech companies. We have partnered up with leading food tech organisations across the globe in order to aggregate company data locally, for the most up to date and reliable information about what is happening in the Agrifoodtech world. Watch this teaser video to learn more. With over $10B invested in AgriFood Tech startups in 2017 globally, this interactive map aggregates the world’s most innovative AgriFoodtech startups into one database. Our partners include: AgThentic (Australia), Andrea Tolu Content Marketing (Italy), Food Republik (Spain), Future FoodTech Conference (US), Inovisa (Portugal), Sweden Foodtech (Sweden) The Food Talk Show by Breakthrough Funding (UK), The Kitchen Hub (Israel) and Rebelbio (Ireland/UK) among others.

Since our beta version was launched last February we reached over 13,000 views in less than 3 months. It has now seen more than 23,500, visits, with a growing number of engaged users — primarily investors and corporate executives who use it to browse and engage with some of the most innovative AgriTech businesses.

Our third version includes more than 500 new companies, and 3 new features:

We want you to be able to make the most of the map, by understanding how its newest features can be beneficial to your business.

  1. Optimized search engine: Search by location, by macro-category, and by sub-category
  2. Save companies of interest to your favourite list
  3. Connect to companies of interest, directly from the platform

At Forward Fooding, we strongly believe that every new food tech innovation makes a contribution to the new food system that we are all building. Solutions exist to solve the issues that future generation will face. Some of the solutions featured in our map span from drones and robotics used within the farming sector, to lab-grown meat and fish, and the use of alternative ingredients such as insects as a protein source. Our main aim with The Global FoodTech Map is simple: to raise awareness of the innovative food tech companies that are developing solutions that can help redesign our food system using technology.

So sign up, browse and engage with your favourite companies and share it with any individual you think could benefit from it as we build the largest virtual community of FoodTech innovators worldwide.
