Seriously…Nobody Has A Purpose in Life
Don’t bother spending a lifetime looking for your “Life’s Purpose…” you don’t have one.
No, this is not another series in societal negativity, but I do need you to hear my heart and consider another thought on the matter of “Finding Your Life’s Purpose”.
THE PURPOSE-DRIVEN LIFE
Rick Warren of Saddleback Church wrote a best-selling book called “The Purpose-driven Life,” (go “googol” it) and that book sold so many copies that it ended up a world class best-seller translated into at least fifteen or more different languages, and I hear it is still selling now.
In essence, his thesis statement was that the only real purpose of a man or woman of God in this lifetime is to bring others to Christ. He said a lot to get around to the point and his chapters were turned into a series of Study Groups for years after, but it was a necessary school of thought at a needed time when people were looking for their “life’s purpose” and weren’t sure about where to start looking.
