Why do I need to subscribe to yet another newsletter?

Well, there are thousands of articles, podcasts and videos talking about startups and how to build them, but I have discovered (the hard way) that a lot of this great advice doesn’t apply to the early-stages of startups.

At the beginning, your only real goal is to find product/market fit. That is: build a product that solves a real problem for a set of customers. And, of course, that problem is big enough that those customers will pay for your solution.

When you’re in this phase, you have a small team, limited time and very few resources. And back to my original point: all those startup articles about growth hacking, A/B testing, OKRs, org structure etc have very little relevance with where you are right now.

So this newsletter is an attempt to share with you the things you need to be focussing on to make progress towards product/market fit. If you want to learn more, sign up here.
