Floor leads business development, research and alliance growth at Founder8. She is passionate about helping businesses attract relevant contacts for their ventures. She believes that when the right people connect authentically, from a basis of trust and sincere interest, the result and the impact will be enormous. She has twelve years of international experience in business development, community building and change management with corporations, startups and government in Amsterdam and Berlin, such as Centre for Social Innovation, Divimove, Government of the Netherlands, Greenlatte, Maatschap voor Communicatie, Part-up, Schoolclash, Ten Directions, University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Van Vieren.
