A father, husband, and leader.

During the last year, I have been impressed by what Satya has done and how he does it.

Most recently, I read about CEO Satya Nadella’son’s loss at 26, who suffered cerebral palsy. This made me reflect on all his legacy and learnings from Satya Nadella’ss accomplishments.

Let’s get started with some background.

Nadella’s childhood and family history

Nadella was born and reared in Hyderabad, India, in a Hindu family.

His mother was a Sanskrit professor, and his father was a government employee.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Manipal Institute of Technology, and a master’s in computer science from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In 1992, when he was just 25 years old, Nadella started working at Microsoft.
