Who doesn’t like a Zoom background change! — Dan from Tectonic

In this Covid-19 lockdown era we’re living in, we’re extremely proud of our cohort for embracing our virtual offering and making the most of their time during isolation.

The ability to adapt is often a great marker of success for both businesses and entrepreneurs alike, it is those who are inflexible to change who are then often left behind.

Defining your Value Proposition

To discuss how to build compelling value propositions, we were joined by Dan and Joshua from Tectonic — a brilliant team who help start-ups understand the exact needs of their current and future customers.

Dan & Joshua walked the cohort through the process of identifying the target customer, creating a lean canvas and defining an audience by anticipating the problems target customers have.

Discovering your Audience

Who are you selling your products to? More specifically, who would you like to sell your products to?

Tectonic spent time identifying the key questions an entrepreneur needs to ask about the features, benefits, wants, needs and fears of target audiences and how to build the value proposition around this.

Dan and Joshua closed the session highlighting the importance of validating your assumptions.
