Sexism is the Root of All Evil
And it’s about way more than just “white woman” problems
Let’s get really real. We’re literally and figuratively living in a world on fire. The climate is going haywire, immigrants are being treated like garbage, trans people are under attack, and Black people are still getting killed by the cops.
It’s enough to make you want to crawl under the covers and try to forget about the 31 flavors of dumpster fires that surround you.
All of these problems, as horrific as they are, have one thing in common. They’re all symptoms of a much deeper disease. A disease that’s been festering for centuries.
Sexism is a root symptom of a larger disease called domination. It’s passed on by the way we raise our children, specifically in the way we teach them about gender.
When we denigrate the feminine, we’re not just hurting women. We’re hurting everyone. We’re creating a world where violence, exploitation, and oppression are the norm.
