Recently, I wrote an article deep-diving into the tradwife movement, which promotes the idea that traditional gender roles can protect women from exploitation in the workforce and male violence. My response to that premise is a resounding NO. However, there’s another side to this traditional femininity coin — and it’s divine femininity.

I’m talking about creators such as, and perhaps most famously, Shera Seven, as well as Michelle Diaz, Anna Bey, or Manifestelle on Youtube.

The crux of their beliefs is that you should marry a wealthy man who is able to provide for your extravagant lifestyle and whatever other endeavors you want in life. Men should always pay for everything, while women should maintain their beauty and femininity. The rest of their beliefs are a little hard to decipher, and so I decided to lay out a list of terms they like to use.
