There’s a strange ache in my chest when I open my phone in the morning. Notifications, alerts, likes, messages. A thousand little tugs on my attention.
Some days, I remember what I came for. I logged in to share something meaningful, to teach, to build a bridge between my audience and the real, living wisdom I’ve spent years (maybe lifetimes) gathering.
Other days, it feels like I’m standing on a stage at the end of the world, screaming into a void already filled with sales pitches, conspiracy theories, and dancing reels.
And still, I keep posting. I keep hitting that publish button.
