The concept of being “single at heart” seems to be resonating. Since Single at Heart: The Power, Freedom, and Heart-Filling Joy of Single Life was published in December of 2023, what it means to be single at heart has been the topic of dozens of podcasts, radio shows, and TV shows, as well as articles, essays, and blog posts. It has been in the media in more than 20 nations. The question that comes up most often is what it means, and what it does not mean, to be single at heart.
