FowCRM: How It Started, How It’s Going?

I am very excited to share with you that we have launched a new brand in our CRM journey that we started in 2015.

Getting started

BilgeAdam Technologies, which has 25 years of experience, more than 1,500 employees and more than 1,000 corporate customers, brought us to developing our own software products in 2015 with dozens of major projects in different sectors. At this point, we developed our own CRM solution, BAse CRM, and successfully deployed our product both in our internal processes and in our customers.

When we come to 2018, the story of the BilgeAdam Technologies family’s transformation into a multinational company opened new opportunities for us. We had the opportunity to meet with many companies in America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, especially in the UK and the Netherlands, and better understand the global market’s needs. Especially due to the need for real-time customer data, we have seen that in customer relationship management, powerful platforms are needed, not just products or solutions.

While this change in the market pushes companies to new solutions, it forces them to use more than one low-cost product instead of reducing costs. However, although low-cost solutions seem suitable for users, they require different tools such as higher-priced top packages or integration for the desired features. In the light of all these data, we encounter the fact that more innovative solutions are needed in the market.

FowCRM

This background and experiences have been a serious motivation for us to develop a solution that can compete with the products in the global market. So, taking advantage of the pandemic period, we started to work again in 2020 with an innovative approach suitable for the market’s needs. Our goal was to build a platform where companies can easily access basic and complex CRM features, do not need to go to the top packages, and do not pay for additional tools. This is how the idea for FowCRM was born.

We opened the FowCRM platform, whose development process we completed last year, and to many valuable participants with the Pilot Program. During this process, we received invaluable feedback and had the chance to test our product in the field. Throughout our work, we focused on 4 points:

We set out with the goal of a robust platform that tries to enrich its solutions and a vast product ecosystem. This platform, which we call FowApps, serves its users with flexible and developer-friendly solutions.

FowCRM offers its users an ideal experience. In recent years, we have become accustomed to self-learning and self-onboarding mechanisms, which we have become accustomed to seeing in B2C SaaS solutions, which are now vital for B2B SaaS solutions. For this reason, we maximise the user experience and ensure that the tools we offer are used in the best way possible.

Flexibility

FowCRM offers its users a flexible system. It includes many ready-made tools for customisation and integration. As a result, end-users can customise the product and integrate it with external systems without any additional tools. In addition, the required modules can be developed with the help of the software teams.

Productivity

FowCRM includes many tools that will increase the productivity of sales teams. Communication between teams, goal management, data analytics, transparency and visibility are among the critical features of FowCRM.

Business model

Within the framework of the 4 understandings I mentioned above, FowCRM adopts a consumption-based subscription model and differs from its competitors. We aimed for our users to experience all the features from the lowest package. Therefore, we have eliminated the larger plan’s necessity for more features, which we see in many players. We will continue this understanding in all the solutions we provide on the platform.

FowCRM started its life as a personalisable, customisable and easily integrated platform where you can manage your sales processes. In addition, it has many features that will increase communication and cooperation within the team. Conclusion

Although we are only at the beginning of the road, we set out to be a modern system that can compete with global products with nearly 25 years of knowledge and field experience. Most importantly, that everyone can easily access.
