New: Freshdesk Connector

Today we released our Freshdesk connector, enabling users to get action-oriented organization and insights on everything that happens in their conversations with customers. Once connected, Frame replays historical Freshdesk tickets into the UI, and continues to process new messages as they arrive.

To connect Freshdesk, you’ll need your Freshdesk domain name and your personal API token, which you can find by following the instructions here.
