New: Help Scout Connector

Today we released our Help Scout connector, enabling users to get action-oriented organization and insights on everything that happens in their conversations with customers. Once connected, Frame replays historical Help Scout tickets into the UI, and continues to process new messages as they arrive.

To connect Help Scout, you’ll need the App ID and App Secret of a custom app you create, which is free and takes about 30 seconds. Follow the instructions here and you’ll be on your way.
