With the Responsiveness Dashboard, you can see how First Response Time (FRT) varies by customer, by agent, and by factors of time (e.g., daily, hourly). Every view includes median and 95th percentile metrics.
This dashboard responds to your current global search, so you can render and export a specific slice of conversation data. Search for the following attributes as optional, required, or excluded:
- keywords/phrases
- time range
- tags and tag groups
- customer participants
- agent participants
- organizations
- data source (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Service Cloud)
