Your Daily Slack Summary

Frame now summarizes the previous day’s Slack activity— right in Slack. It’s easy to see at a glance how much time you spent relative to a typical week and to pick up where you left off with a specific customer or project.

A daily summary in Slack

Every summary totals up your team’s active time. From there, you can select a specific channel to get a more detailed summary about your team’s active time, responsiveness, and high/low moments Frame automatically detected — with links right back to those moments.

How do I turn it on?

Every agent who wants it will need to opt in. Open a DM with @frame, then enter /frame report.

Can I see previous days?

Yes! Enter/frame report {date} to get summaries for previous days.

Can I get reports delivered automatically?

Yes! Any agent can enable daily delivery. Start a DM with @frame, enter /frame, then press Reports. You can turn on delivery for every day or every weekday. Reports are delivered to all opted in agents at 9am local time according to each person’s personal time zone.
