We recently opened an office in Washington, D.C. to support increasing demand for Frame Platform in the public sector. We’re also delighted to announce that we’ve appointed Jason Holloway as our Head of Public Sector to help us develop our offerings in this space. We’ll have him working with our key customers and partners to establish Frame as the leading provider of secure cloud workspace services in federal, state, and local government organizations. Check out today’s press release for more details.

Jason came to Frame from the US intelligence community, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Services. There, he led the acquisition, deployment, and implementation of Amazon’s Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) to deliver hyperscale cloud resources to the US intelligence community. Before that, he served as Chief of Global Satellite Communications in the United States Air Force (USAF) at the Air Force Command and Control Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Center, where he led efforts to modernize ground based terminal communications systems and capabilities. Jason has also held a variety of management positions at the USAF, the federal government, and Rackspace. He received a Bachelor of Science in computer science and a Masters of Science in information systems technology from George Washington University.

All of these steps were taken to achieve our goal of developing Frame Platform, Government Edition. This edition will mirror our commercially available version of Frame in features, and will be available for customers on both AWS GovCloud (US) and Azure Government. Our Government Edition platform will support any public sector customer who requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). This will allow public sector organizations (who have to deal with regulatory compliance) to establish high performance, secure end-user computing services in isolated government-centric regions. Previously, first-line services from a cloud provider weren’t even an option.

“Frame harnesses the power of hyperscale cloud providers to securely deliver cloud workspaces to public sector consumers — making any desktop application ubiquitously available with zero local footprint, while at the same time providing a consistently great user experience under any network condition.” Jason Holloway, Head of Public Sector

Hiring David Reber was Jason’s first move after joining our team. David comes to Frame after ten years of federal service supporting United States Intelligence Community cyber security programs. His experience in leading programs that are responsible for securing enterprise networks, deploying mobile technologies, implementing cloud computing, and performing penetration testing and accreditation made Jason’s decision an easy one. David is now our Director of Security & Solutions and is focused on strengthening the overall security posture of our market leading platform.
