Power your Cloud Workstation with high-end NVIDIA GPUs

Starting today you can try your applications in the cloud via Frame on a high-end NVIDIA GPU-powered instance for free. Yes, you read that right — if you’re in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), oil and gas, media & entertainment, or any other industry where a powerful GPU is a must, you can experience the advantages of a workstation in the cloud for free. Try a Frame AWS instance with the NVIDIA K520 or an Azure instance with the NVIDIA M60 completely free of charge with no credit card required.

How?

Simply send an email to info@fra.me with a short explanation of your use-case and we will give you a personalized code to access our GPU Test Drive all over the world. You will be able to choose your cloud provider (AWS or Azure) and one of the many available datacenters closest to you.

What is the Frame Test Drive?

Just over a month ago we rolled out our Test Drive (link) — a robust new way to trial the Frame solution. Our Test Drive gives you two hours of access to a fully functional Frame for Business account to enjoy the full experience of a cloud workstation, complete with all admin capabilities (onboard applications, publish, invite users, etc.).

Since we started, several thousand Test Drive accounts were created. Customer feedback was extremely positive as our Test Drive helped companies to easily test the waters of moving their infrastructure to the cloud.

Why GPU acceleration?

GPU-powered instances provide a significant advantage over regular, CPU-only instances in rendering and processing power. They deliver a better user experience and better overall system performance. Frame’s remoting protocol leverages NVIDIA’s GPU encoding technology (NVENC) to deliver the best user experience and offload the CPU from encoding remote graphics. Whether you’re using a CAD application like SolidWorks, PTC Creo, or AutoCAD that requires a dedicated GPU or a rendering application like Maya, 3ds Max or Blender that requires multiple GPUs, Frame supports them all.

The benefits of using a cloud workstation powered by high-end GPUs are indisputable — so drop us a line at info@fra.me and let’s partner to supercharge your applications in the cloud.

See you on Frame!
