Frameplay was established to help mid-sized software companies identify new growth opportunities through a customer-centric lens.

We believe that the biggest risk in software development today isn’t whether something can be built, it’s whether customers value what the product provides, and are willing to pay to use it.

We believe that knowing why customers do things is more important than knowing what they do. We understand it’s often hard to get to the ‘why’, but we’re committed to the effort.

We believe that there’s no guarantee a given product will be a market success, but there are proven strategies and activities that will improve the likelihood it will.

We believe that when you start with an explicit vision and set of beliefs, you’ll never be disappointed with the results.
